Office

Office buildings need two things in order to assert themselves in the long term: profitability and efficient spaces. ECE provides decades of experience in this field and has realized around 977,000 m² of office space – in close cooperation with customers like Philips and ThyssenKrupp.

Each client has own requirements regarding profitability and own ideas about location, architecture, functionality and flexibility. ECE offers all this from one source – from planning and realization up to leasing out and operation. Mainly in connection with office and retail space ECE also realizes major residential projects such as currently Alstercampus or (together with partners) Mitte Altona in Hamburg.

Traffic

It is not by chance that three of Germany's most popular central stations were revitalized by ECE: Leipzig, Cologne and Hanover rank high among travelers. This knowhow is also internationally in demand. For example, the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) commissioned ECE with the optimization, leasing out and center management of the new train stations in Vienna's BahnhofCity Wien West and BahnhofCity Wien Hauptbahnhof.

Apart from this, ECE developed innovative concepts for the land use in large-scale projects, for example at Frankfurt Airport or BMW Welt in Munich.
