ECE Bulgaria was founded in 2006. Since 2010 the company has been managing the Serdika Center in Sofia which was also developed and realized by ECE.
ECE has been represented on the Russian market since 2004. It acts as full service provider for feasibility studies, concept creation and creative design, leasing and long-term management. more
ECE Praha was founded in 1996. Among the company manages, the shopping centers Galerie Vankovka and Olympia Center in Brno, being some of the most important ECE projects in the Czech Republic. Its offices are located in Prague.

ECE Vilnius was founded in 2006. Since 2009 it has been operating Ozas Gallery in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania.
Headquartered in Istanbul, ECE Türkiye was founded in October 2000 by ECE. As an investor and full service provider, ECE Türkiye gathers all competences of the shopping center development, such as architectural design, conceptual planning, project management, leasing, center management, budgeting, finance, and legal services under one roof. more
ECE Projektmanagement Austria GmbH was founded in 2011 and is based in Vienna. As a service provider it focuses on the development, leasing out, management refurbishment of shopping centers. It is responsible, among others, for the management of City Arkaden Klagenfurt, Haid Center Linz and has been commissioned by the Austrian Railways (ÖBB) with the leasing out and management of Vienna BahnhofCity Wien Hauptbahnhof and BahnhofCity Wien West. Furthermore, it is working on the development of hotels and office buildings.
The ECE subsidiary in Hungary was founded in 1996 and is located in the country's capital city. As a service provider it focuses on the development, leasing out, operation and refurbishment of shopping centers. With the refurbishment of Árkád Örs vezér Tere in Budapest and the adjacent new building Árkád Örs vezér Tere II (now together Árkád Budapest) one of the largest shopping destinations in Hungary was created in 2013.

The Polish ECE subsidiary was founded in 1997 and is based in Warsaw. With many centers under management and numerous own developments it is one of ECE's most important subsidiaries. The employees working at the headquarters and in the shopping centers gained a lot of experience in the development, planning and realization as well as the management, leasing out and restructuring of shopping centers in Poland. more
The Spanish company Auxideico Gestión has been an independent ECE subsidiary since 2010 with their headquarters in Madrid and two more leasing offices in the northwest and east of Spain. The company was founded in 1994. The core competences of the company comprise the center management, facility management, leasing and contract management as well as consultancy and further development of centers including adjusting them to the clients' needs. more
ECE Projektmanagement Italia was founded in 2014. The offices of this subsidiary are located in Milan. Apart from assuming management tasks, also the acquisition of centers for the ECE funds or of development projects is possible. In Italy, ECE operates the shopping center Megalò in Chieti, a university city in central Italy, as well as the center La Cartiera in Pompei. In 2017, ECE will open the new shopping center Adigeo in Verona.
A further subsidiary is located in Bratislava (ECE Projektmanagement Slovakia s.r.o.). The management company RGC Management A/S is based in Odense/Denmark, the joint-venture Aamal ECE LLC is located in Doha/Qatar.
