The branch and tenants mix include woman´s, man´s and children´s fashion, footware, jewellery, fashion accessories, houseware goods, a department store, service outlets, beauty schops, coffee shops, restaurants, bank etc. 

Site/ Location

The Centre is strategically positioned on Kifisias Avenue, the main city artery connecting the city centre to the affluent northern suburbs of Athens. Proximity to Attiki Odos, Athens ring road connecting the city to the international airport, ensures direct and fast access to motorways and main arteries in all directions. In addition to this, Golden Hall shuttle buses offer free transportation from and to the train station Neratsiotissa (The Mall Athens) on a daily basis.

Center Accessibility

One of the towns major transport axis, the Kifisias Avenue, leads right by the center and connects the inner-city to the prosperous northern residential areas. Additionally, Athens' circular freeway, located in direct proximity to the center, connects it with the international airport and crosses all major city traffic ways.

A population of ca. 2,2 million is living in the center's catchment area.

Golden Hall-ECE Projektmanagement and LAMDA Development have set up the joint venture ECE-LAMDA Hellas S.A. with the aim of developing, leasing and operating shopping centers in Greece in the coming years. The management of the "Golden Hall" is the second project of this joint venture. LAMDA Development developed the shopping complex and the ECE Projektmanagement took over the center management.
