The shopping center was awarded the Pre-Certificate in Gold by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). The center provides technical facilities of highest quality, which help to reduce energy consumption and secure a low air and noise emission. Furthermore, ecological construction materials were used for building the shopping complex.

ECE's fifth shopping center in Hungary is located in the city center of the southern Hungarian Szeged, the fourth-largest city in Hungary and is situated in the region where the country borders Serbia and Romania.
