The Europe Center will be by far the biggest shopping center anywhere in Bulgaria, housing all the well-known international chains as well as local retailers and offering an unprecedented range of goods and services for all the inhabitants of Sofia. Planned are about 270 specialty shops, restaurants and cafés.
In the city center of Sofia, ECE is developing a new city quarter on a former industrial site together with Advance Properties, one of the leading property companies in Bulgaria. The centerpiece of the Europe Park project is the Europe Center, housing a leased area of mare than 70,000 square meters and around 2,5000 parking spaces. The Europe Tower - Bulgaria's tallest building at a height of 180 meters - will be built next to the Europe Center, acting as landmark visible from afar.
The catchment area comprises more than 1.15 million people.
