The Michaelsen-Palais is located in the immediate vicinity of Checkpoint Charlie in Berlin on the corner of Charlottenstrasse/Schützenstrasse.

The most striking feature of the building is the intricate protected facade, behind which stands a fully modernised office building of the highest standard. The office units measure around 240 and 270 m².

Well-known tenants in the building to date include the Hartmannbund association and the Leibniz-Gemeinschaft society as well as Colliers Geske Immobilien.
