The STADTGALERIE in Schweinfurt will house around 100 shops on two levels offering a wide range of goods, culinary delights and services. The tenant and branch mix is tailored to the requirements of Schweinfurt. The new shopping center will feature new retailers who will ideally supplement the existing retail mix in Schweinfurt and add to the variety of attractive shops and stores.
Fashion will be one of the focal points of the Stadtgalerie, with plans for a large fashion store, "young fashion" outlets, a consumer electronics store, a supermarket and a food speciality zone offering a wide range of fresh produce and a wide variety of delicacies. The broad retail portfolio will be rounded off by toy and book shops as well as drugstore, perfume, opticians' and health food stores as well as a pharmacy, restaurants and cafés.
