Opening

The opening is planned for 2009/2010. On an overall space of 5,000 sq m, the generous, two-story glass rotunda enthroned upon the shopping center will house the town hall and other municipal authorities.

The mall offers ca. 22,600 sq m of retail space.

Brand and Tenant Mix

The retail and entertainment center will house around 110 specialty shops, cafés and restaurants. The aim is to strengthen the inner city and to consolidate the inner-city areas in terms of urban planning, thus enhancing Leverkusen's attraction as a business location. The building's liberally structured, modern façade offers a perfect urban setting for the new urban square developing in front of the Rathaus-Galerie.
