Opening

The shopping center was opened in March 2002. The opening of Árkád Örs vezér tere II, with an additional leasable area of 20,000 sqm, is scheduled for autumn 2013.

Leasable Area

After the opening of Árkád Örs vezér tere II, modernization work will start on the Árkád I mall, which is scheduled to last until September 2013. Once both buildings have been completed, the total rental area will comprise 68,000 m² on 3 levels, making them the largest retail area in Hungary.

Árkád Örs vezér tere also offers approx. 3,400 m² of office space.

Branch and Tenant Mix

After completion, Árkád I and Árkád II will host round 200 stores, cafes, restaurants, and other service providers.

The center is situated at Örs vezér square, at the intersection of Kerepesi út and Fehér út.

Customer Service

After the opening of Árkád Örs vezér tere II, approx. 1,600 parking spaces will be available.

Center Accessiblity

• by car: easy and convenient access from both directions over Kerepesi út and Fehér út
• by public transport: Metroline M2, stops for 17 train and bus lines and a stop of the HÉV suburb-train directly at Örs Vezér Tér

Catchment Area

Comprises a total of around 1,300,000 inhabitants.
