Mega Mall is scheduled to open in fall 2013. ECE takes over the leasing out and the management of the center.
Mega Mall will provide around 24,000 m² of rental space on four floors and more than 100 shops, cafés, and restaurants.
The shopping center is being constructed in the west of the Bulgarian Capital in the densely populated district Lyulin
Around 600 parking spaces are available for car drivers.
More than 1.3 million people are living in the catchment area of Mega Mall, who can easily reach the center by car or public transport. Mega Mall is located at a busy intersection in the Lyulin district and has a direct underground connection to the underground train station Zapaden Park. Bus and city tram stations are in direct vicinity to the center.
