KNESEBECK-ENSEMBLE, BERLIN (LEASING)

Facts and Figures

The Knesebeck Ensembles is centrally located in Berlin-Charlottenburg near the famous Kurfürstendamm shopping street. Thanks to this central location, the office building is conveniently situated for access by public transport. The "Uhlandstraße" underground station, the "Savignyplatz" suburban train station and the bus stops on the nearby Kurfürstendamm make for optimum transport links.

The Knesebeck Ensembles is an eight-storey complex with two greened inner courtyards. The office premises spread over an area of around 9,500 m² allow flexible layouts from 230 m² upwards. Behind the restored facade lies a fully refurbished building with a well thought-out groundplan that meets the very highest standards. The complex is fitted with false floors for IT cables, optional airconditioning in the ceiling and an underground carpark with over 100 parking spaces. Despite the comprehensive modernisation work, the old building retains much of its former flair with its big windows and room heights of up to 3.60 metres. The office building was previously the headquarters of the Federal Court of Accounts.
