Depending on the investor, also individuals have the opportunity to have direct or indirect shareholdings in ECE centers. Major investment companies often also have ECE centers in the portfolio of their German and European real estate funds. Shares of these open-end funds can be acquired from every house bank.
Sometimes, also direct shareholdings in individual centers are possible if a fund was established especially for the respective center. Examples are the Ernst-August-Galerie in Hanover (HGA Capital), Thier-Galerie in Dortmund (Hamburg Trust) or Milaneo in Stuttgart (Hamburg Trust). Shares of these funds can usually be acquired via local banks. Private customers can also acquire share of Deutsche Euroshop AG with minor amounts and then have shareholdings in numerous ECE centers.
ECE and the ECE fund work exclusively with institutional investors but not with private customers.
