05/27/2010: ECE and Alpha Industrial are realizing a logistics center for Cebal and Kühne + Nagel in Scheßlitz near Bamberg

Completion by fall of this year

The commercial real estate specialists ECE and Alpha Industrial are constructing by fall of this year a new logistics center for the company Cebal Verpackungen in Scheßlitz near Bamberg. Operator of the real estate is the internationally active logistics provider Kühne + Nagel. The tailor-made logistics center will provide a gross floor area of nearly 10,000sqm and optimize Cebal’s logistics considerably. The earth works for the five-million-euro project have started this week. More than 20 new jobs will be created in the long term. Kühne + Nagel will rent the building for a period of initially ten years.
