06/01/2011: Grand opening for Antalya’s largest shopping
ECE Türkiye now manages a total of nine shopping centers
Today, after a 13-month construction period, Antalya’s largest shopping and entertainment center opens its doors. TerraCity is the second ECE center on the Turkish Riviera. On a total leasable area of approximately 48,000 sqm the center presents around 180 national and international specialist stores, cafés, restaurants and service providers. The 150 million euros project has been realized by EriaPartners and Pramerica Real Estate Investors. ECE was responsible for optimizing the design concept during the development phase and is now in charge for leasing and center management. With the opening of TerraCity, around 1,500 new jobs have been created in Antalya.
