11/09/2011: Auxideico takes over the management of the ‘ÁREA SUR’ shopping center in Jerez / Spain
Auxideico, Member of ECE, a leading company in the provision of consultancy services and the integrated management of shopping centers, has been selected by Union Investment Real Estate GmbH, in its capacity as owner of this asset, to manage the Área Sur shopping center in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz). Inaugurated in November 2007, and located in the most commercially developed area of the province, this modern and emblematic shopping centre hosts 105 leading operators in its retail area of over 48,000 square metres, including such distinguished firms as Mercadona, Zara, Primark, El Corte Inglés, H&M, C&A, Mango, Cortefiel, Adolfo Domínguez and Blanco. In addition, Área Sur includes a complete and varied offer of restaurants and leisure facilities, with first rate names such as Burger King, Vid Bowling and Yelmo Cines, which has recently digitalised its four hundred plus screens in Spain.
