01/30/2012: Iris Schöberl new in the ECE Supervisory Board

Since January 1, Iris Schöberl (46) has been complementing the ECE Supervisory Board. For 12 years, Schöberl has been Managing Director of F&C REIT Asset Management and established its German branch office in Munich. Before this, she was working for 17 years at HypoVereinsbank. Ms Schöberl manages a portfolio of 275 properties in Germany with strong focus on office and retail real estate in German medium-sized cities with a value of currently 1.4 billion euros. In 2010 alone, the company established three German special funds with a subscribed equity capital of 375 million euros.

Furthermore, the ECE Supervisory Board comprises Thomas Armbrust (Cura), Dr. Frank Pörschke (Jones Lang LaSalle), Dr. Daniel Terberger (Katag) and as chairman the longstanding CEO of ECE, Dr. Heinrich Kraft.
