11/28/2008: Golden Hall: ECE-LAMDA opens its second Shopping Center in Athens

130 shops, 41,000 square meters of leasing area, 1,400 parking spaces - Focus on elegant shopping and dinning

Golden Hall, a brand new and modern shopping center opened today in Maroussi municipality of northern Athens. More than 130 shops and restaurants on a leasing area of approx. 41,000 square meters are creating a new destination for shopping and relaxing. The premises are fully leased. Golden Hall is the second shopping center opened by ECE-Lamda Hellas SA – a joint venture of ECE, Europe’s market leader for inner-city shopping centers, and Lamda Development, a stock listed company specialized in the investment, development and management of real estate. ECE-Lamda already operates the very popular shopping center The Mall Athens. Both galleries are owned by Lamda Development.

Golden Hall comprises many premium retail brands, among them Tod’s, Hogan, Ferragamo, Brooks Brothers, Ted Baker, Canali, Loewe, Stuart Weitzmann, Coach, Faconnable, La Martina, Links of London, and many more. Anchor tenantas are the department stores Attika Golden and Notos Home Galleries as well as the Inditex Group with its brands Zara, Pull and Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home and its new accessories concept Uterqüe.
