Dr. Andreas Mattner, Managing Director of ECE, is the president of the Executive Committee of the ZIA. The ZIA sponsors and accompanies measures suited to maintain and improve the economic, legal, political and fiscal environment of the overall real estate industry. It is the aim to provide the real estate industry a unified lobby. As exclusive representative of the real estate industry in the German Industry Federation (BDI), the ZIA can benefit from the BDI’s resources, networks and knowhow in order to better position the German real estate industry in public and politics.
