CITY-POINT / DREHSCHEIBE, BOCHUM
Opening
The Drehscheibe was opened in autumn 1984, the City-Point in March 1989. There is a direct link between both centers. The City-Point has been under ECE management since 1991, the Drehscheibe since 1992.
