About 210 shops including internationally known brands, fashion outlets, a consumer electronics store, a supermarket, a food court, service outlets and restaurants/cafés are moving into the Serdika Center.
Sustainability
As the first shopping center in Bulgaria, the Serdika Center in Sofia was awarded the DGNB Certificate in Gold. Among others, the center was honored for the revitalization of fallow urban land and for the usage of highly efficient building service installations and illumination systems in the center leading to the reduced usage of primary energies. The intensive greening of the roof space played an important role as well as those are absorbing sun heat.
