The center will provide approx. 120 stores, among them will be two major fashion stores, a large sports market, a specialty market for consumer electronics, a supermarket, service outlets and restaurants/cafés.
The third ECE shopping center in the Czech Republic is being constructed in Hradec Králové in Eastern Bohemia. The location is in the city center, only 400m from the Old Town. The shopping center Arkády Hradec Králové will be part of the new leisure and retail quarter. In the center’s neighborhood is, among others, a multi-functional arena constructed for around 12,000 visitors.
Approx. 1,600 parking spaces will be provided to the customers.
The center is located at the city’s most-frequented traffic artery and is easy to access both by car as well as with public transportation.
The catchment area comprises approx. 625,000 inhabitants.
