Opening

CarrefourSA Maltepe Park was opened for service on January 6, 2005 and is being extended right now. The new CarrefourSA Maltepe Park is scheduled to open in fall 2013.

Leasable area

The CarrefourSA Maltepe Park will extend its retail space by 44,000 square meters to 75,000 square meters.

Branch and tenant mix

The new CarrefourSA Maltepe Park will host 250 shops, an enlarged food court with seating capacity for around 2,000 people, 36 restaurants and cafés, a bigger CarrefourSA hypermarket and 8 cinema halls. In addition, the extended CarrefourSA Maltepe Park will also provide 15,000 square meters of office space.

Site/Location

CarrefourSA Maltepe Park is located at the fast-growing Asian side of the Turkish metropolis. The gallery is close to the highway E-5, which is one of the most important east-west connections to the city of Istanbul.

Customer service

The new shopping center will offer approx. 3,500 free parking spaces. A shuttle service free of charge brings the costumers to the gallery from Monday to Sunday.

Thanks to its excellent location CarrefourSA Maltepe Park is easy to reach by car and public transport.

The catchment area comprises around four million inhabitants.
