The start of construction was in Summer 2010 and the opening is scheduled for fall 2012.

The center will offer around 140 shops: fashion outlets, a consumer electronics store, a supermarket, a food court, service outlets and restaurants/cafés. The multi-functional building provides next to the shopping center also apartments, office areas, a hotel and a wellness and sports center.
In the capital Bratislava ECE develops its first shopping center in Slovakia, together with Immocap Group, one of the leading Slowak real estate companies. The building is constructed close to the inner city districts Staré mesto and Ružinov.
Approx. 1400 parking spaces will be available to the customers.
The center is located at the important junction Trnavské mýto.
The catchment area comprises around 684,000 inhabitants.
