Asset Management
In the Asset Management division, your goals include providing best-in-class service to our investors, the strategic development of shopping centers as assets, and ensuring that the centers achieve the best possible performance. You help the team deliver exceptional results in pursuit of the goal of “securing asset value, increasing asset value.”
Asset Manager
Asset Managers are the link between ECE and investors. Highly dedicated and knowledgeable, you are responsible for the successful holistic management of several shopping centers. With your leadership skills, you manage our interdisciplinary project teams and are the head of the Portfolio Team. On the Portfolio Team, you work closely with the Center Manager and the Leasing Manager of each shopping center to jointly ensure that it is financially successful. As a knowledgeable point of contact, you are responsible for developing a trusting and long-term business relationship with our investors. With a focus on each investor’s respective strategy, you are responsible for reporting and enhancing the value of “your” shopping centers.
You can lay the right foundation for a career as an Asset Manager with a degree in business administration with a focus on property management or controlling, solid professional experience in the real estate industry, and legal expertise. Excellent communication skills, a service-minded mentality, perseverance, and a willingness to travel round out your personal and professional qualifications.
Asset Controller
As an Asset Controller, you are responsible for preparing and analyzing income and profitability reports and financial budgets. You regularly prepare reports in accordance with the respective investor’s standards and examine various future scenarios. To do so, you rely on innovative tools and systems such as SAP. In close collaboration with the Asset Manager, you are responsible for the financial management of several shopping centers.
As an Asset Controller, you will have completed a degree program in business administration with a focus on controlling, financing, and investing, and have already gained practical experience in controlling. An affinity for IT and the ability to work as part of a team round out your qualifications.
