Center-Manager

Center Manager

As a Center Manager, you’re in charge of a shopping center with up to 240 stores. With an eye for both the big picture and the small details, your job is to successfully position your shopping center in the market. You use specific marketing measures to ensure that large numbers of customers visit your center, and you are responsible for performance reporting. As a manager, you are in charge of both commercial and technical staff. Together with your highly skilled team, it’s your job to ensure that all of the center’s ongoing operations run smoothly. Building trusting business relationships with the store tenants is another important responsibility. Together with the Leasing Manager and the Asset Manager, you are part of our interdisciplinary Portfolio Team and an important point of contact for any matters related to the local center.

As a Center Manager, you will need to have a talent for organization, leadership qualities, and an affinity for the retail sector and property management. You will have successfully completed a degree program in real estate or economics and have already gained experience in the retail sector or property management. Last but not least, you will need to be willing to travel and relocate.

Technical Manager

As a Technical Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that your shopping center runs smoothly. You lead a motivated team of technicians and together are responsible for all of the technical processes. In addition, you also fill in for your superior, the Center Manager. In addition, you are responsible for expertly managing the center’s external service providers. As the main point of contact in all technical matters, you are responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair work and coordinating construction measures. You are also in charge of the budget and quality control. 

As a Technical Manager, you will have successfully completed a degree program in facility management or (business) engineering, or alternatively, you will have completed a master craftsman/FM vocational training program. You are results-driven, organized, and motivated. You have no problem working with SAP. You are familiar with the structure and operation of building services technology, as well as with managing small teams.

Ancillary Cost Billing Specialist

As a specialist for ancillary cost billing, you are active in Facility Management, responsible for drawing up professional heating and ancillary cost statements for specific shopping centers. You evaluate tenants independently and act as a knowledgeable point of contact for any questions related to the property. You are also responsible for annual budget planning in close collaboration with the Technical Manager, as well as handling any disputes for the centers. 

You stand out thanks to having completed a vocational training program in a business field such as property management and have already gained some work experience in the real estate industry. You are proficient with MS Office and the facility management software from SAP. Analytical skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently round out your qualifications.
