As a Leasing Manager, your job is to develop individual leasing concepts for different shopping centers. With a focus on the needs of the visitors at each location, you ensure that the centers have the right mix of retail tenants. Thanks to your expertise, you are a capable and professional partner for the store tenants. During the acquisition process and in lease negotiations with new tenants, you use your knowledge and fair approach as equal partners to win them over. As part of the interdisciplinary Portfolio Team, you are responsible for successfully positioning the center in the region together with the Center Manager and the Asset Manager. 

To be a successful Leasing Manager, you will have a degree in business administration with a focus on property management or retail, and possess strong business development and negotiating skills. An eagerness to travel and enthusiasm for new trends and concepts round out your qualifications.
