ECE has developed the first shopping mall in the center of the tourist destination Verona, Italy. Adigeo shopping center is close to the city's main freeway exit and lies directly at the main arterial road into downtown Verona. The shopping center is also connected to the local bus network. Adigeo accommodates an attractive mix of Italian and international retail concepts, many of which will make their debut in the region. A large choice of premium dining options will supplement the mix.

Adigeo in Verona is the first shopping center to be awarded the LEED platinum certificate. The center convinces with its sustainability performance in a variety of areas: For example, the shell of the building exceeds the legal requirement for energetic quality by 20%. The center promotes sustainable mobility by providing, among others, optimum access to public transport and eight charging points for electric vehicles. Together with the photovoltaic system, the high percentage of available daylight reaching the mall and the use of energy-saving LED provide for low electric consumption.
