Potsdamer Platz Arkaden is a shopping center in the heart of the German capital and the destination of visitors from Germany, Europe and the whole world. On three stories, you find in the glass-roofed shopping street many different options of shopping and generous culinary offerings. As part of the prestigious Potsdamer Platz, the center benefits from the attraction of Berlin's modern downtown filled with museums, cinemas and musical theaters.

Currently, ECE and Brookfield Properties Germany, Asset Manager of Potsdamer Platz in Berlin, are planning an extensive repositioning and modernization project of Potsdamer Platz Shopping Arkaden. The repositioning will focus on a new concept with six different themed areas, a modern architectural design with two-story and three-story facades, a market hall with high-quality dining options, and a tenant and retail mix with many new concepts including premium retailers. The refurbishment will start in 2019. ECE will take over the planning and design, the project management, the re-leasing of the retail spaces, and the rebranding.
