The ECE Group, headed by CEO Alexander Otto and Claudia Plath (CFO), is responsible for the strategy and management of the entire group. The ECE Group has a sales volume of around 800 million euros, manages assets worth around 33 billion euros and handles a construction and planning volume of 2.8 billion euros.

ECE Marketplaces

As the European market leader in the operation of shopping centers, ECE Marketplaces draws on more than five decades of experience under the leadership of CEO Joanna Fisher. As Managing Director, Steffen Friedlein is responsible for the leasing business of the division.

ECE Work & Live

Under CEO Henrie W. Kötter, ECE Work & Live develops real estate in the residential, hotel, logistics, and office sectors - and does so with sustainable and functional standards in mind. With its know-how, it is also constantly opening up new asset classes and business areas.

ECE Real Estate Partners

ECE Real Estate Partners is a leading real estate investment and fund management platform with a focus on shopping centers and hotels. The company is managed by Dr. Volker Kraft and Markus Schmitt-Habersack.

ECE Living

ECE Living GmbH, headed by Henrie W. Kötter and Jan-Hendrik Walloch, is the strategic partner for residential investments of national and international investors. The focus of the investments is on new residential quarters in attractive locations that are tailored and designed to meet the needs of tenants.

ECE Group Services

From design and project management to commercial property management and legal advice. ECE Group Services is the service provider in the group and is also responsible for its further digitalization. The dual leadership is formed by Robert Heinemann and Arndt Schwerdtfeger.

ECE Supervisory Board

The Advisory Board must approve all important business decisions before they are implemented.
