Great leasing success for Thier-Galerie: With the Inditex brands Stradivarius, Bershka, and Pull&Bear, ECE Marketplaces has newly established three successful and in-demand concepts in the shopping center it operates and leases in downtown Dortmund.
The three adjacent stores will occupy a total area of more than 3,000 m² on the ground floor of Thier-Galerie. The leases have been signed, and the opening is planned for the fourth quarter of 2025 after extensive renovation work.
This is the largest restructuring in Thier-Galerie's history: In parallel, the two Bestseller brands Vero Moda and Jack&Jones are moving within the center to their own shops and significantly expanding their spaces. The renovation for this is underway, with the opening scheduled for the end of January 2025. More new tenants are expected to follow.
"This rental hat-trick is not only a great success and an important milestone for the further development of Thier-Galerie but also an example that attractive concepts continue to expand and shopping centers as retail locations remain in high demand," said Steffen Eric Friedlein, Managing Director Leasing at ECE Marketplaces. "This will also be a catalyst for further leasing in Thier-Galerie."
Opened in 2011, Thier-Galerie is located in the heart of downtown Dortmund and features around 160 shops on a sales area of approximately 33,000 m². Current anchor tenants include concepts such as H&M, Primark, New Yorker, and TK Maxx.
