G3 – A COMPLETELY NEW DESTINATION WITH MANY DIMENSIONS

The G3 Shopping Resort Gerasdorf is being reinvented. In the future, the 130-store center will be a place where vibrant entertainment meets athletic outdoor experiences and the local region’s sustainable concepts. The objective behind the new center is to create an extraordinary world that combines an indoor experience with an outdoor one. A unique focus on sports, the outdoors, and adventure is planned for the 8,000 m² outdoor area to create an additional USP. You are invited to be part of it!

A UNIQUE WORLD OF SPORT

We want to combine an indoor experience with an outdoor one. With a 5,000 m² indoor sports-retail area and a 3,000 m² outdoor sports area, the leisure offering at G3 is planned to be expanded with premium outdoor-activity areas such as a pump track, a skate park, a rock-climbing wall, test tracks for cyclists, a shoe trail, and a children’s zone. This means that a completely new world is planned, one which invites visitors to sample products and concepts. We intend to invest roughly €12 million for it.

EXCITING EVENTS AND A FASCINATING ADVENTURE PARK


We are also planning a fascinating adventure park with numerous attractions and exciting events in a further 5,000 m² area. Michael Strasser, one of Austria’s most awe-inspiring extreme athletes currently, has already been recruited as a partner for several potential events. The two-time world record holder will offer extraordinary experiences for sports and cycling fans at G3 and will be an ambassador for the G3 brand in the wider world.

STRONG PURCHASING POWER AND LONG DWELL TIME

The local region stands out for its population growth and disproportionately high purchasing power. This is already reflected in strong average spend and a dwell time of approximately 2 hours at G3. Moreover, the expanded G3 offers potential for increasing the reasons to come to the center and extending the time spent there.

NEW TARGET MARKETS

By increasing its appeal as a shopping destination, G3 will be able to tap into target markets from other catchment areas, including Vienna in particular.

OPTIMAL TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS

G3 has fantastic and optimal connections with local and long-distance transit options, as well as 3,000 parking spaces for those arriving in the convenience of a car. There is a free shuttle from Vienna’s Floridsdorf station (for subway trains, local trains, and streetcars).
