FINANCIALLY STRONG MAIN TENANTS HAVE ALREADY BEEN FOUND
Two companies of the French Société Générale Group, Bank Deutsches Kraftfahrzeuggewerbe and Hanseatic Bank, will be the main tenants of the modern office space. A total of approx. 1,500 jobs will be created for both tenants. Green inner courtyards, outdoor areas and roof terraces as well as a joint conference centre and a cafeteria will create an attractive working environment. The project will also include the listed historic farm workers' house "Langer Jammer", which is being renovated and will also be used by the future tenants. Upon completion, the office complex will become the property of Warburg HIH Invest Real Estate. To this end, the property was already sold in July 2020 as part of an asset deal.
