FINANCIALLY STRONG MAIN TENANTS 

With the ceremonial handover of the keys in September 2022, the French Société Générale Group, with its companies Bank Deutsches Kraftfahrzeuggewerbe, Hanseatic Bank and Société Générale Insurance, and the elevator specialist Schindler will move into the modern office space as tenants. The campus will provide space for around 1,700 employees. Green courtyards, outdoor areas and roof terraces as well as a shared conference center and cafeteria will create an attractive working environment. Also included in the project is the listed historic "Langer Jammer" agricultural workers' house, which is being refurbished and will also be used by the future tenants. Upon completion, the office complex will become the property of Warburg HIH Invest Real Estate. To this end, the property was already sold in July 2020 as part of an asset deal.

In the southernmost part of the building, approx. 3,300 m² of rental space on four full floors with a lease term of five years or more is currently still being marketed.
