In the heart of the Hanseatic city, the "Campus" office building welcomes around 26,000 m² of state-of-the-art office space with flexible floor plans that adapt perfectly to the needs of the users. Completion took place in September 2022 and was implemented together with the general contractor Goldbeck. Two companies of the Société Générale Group, among others, will benefit from the advantages of the property, which is striving for DGNB Gold certification. Another part of the building with 2,300 m² of rental space is currently being marketed.

Once a working-class district, now an urban office location with innovative power - that is Hamburg-Barmbek. With its typical brick facade, our campus blends in with the architecturally evolved surroundings of Barmbek and offers a high recreational and utility value thanks to its central location between the Stadtpark and the City-Nord office district. The direct connection to the S-Bahn (suburban train) and the walking distance to the U-Bahn (subway) ensure optimal transport connections; the U5 line with a station in the immediate vicinity is in the planning stage. Hamburg Airport can be reached within ten minutes. A total of 350 underground parking spaces and 250 bicycle parking spaces are also available. The harmonious overall picture on site is rounded off by restaurants, cafés and stores for everyday needs.

Financially strong main tenants on six floors

Concentrated business expertise: The tenants of the modern office space are the French Société Générale Group, with its companies Bank Deutsches Kraftfahrzeuggewerbe, Hanseatic Bank and Société Générale Insurance, the elevator specialist Schindler and the IT group Fujitsu. Greened courtyards, outdoor areas and roof terraces as well as a shared conference center and cafeteria create an attractive working environment for around 1,700 employees. The project also includes the listed historic "Langer Jammer" agricultural workers' house, which was refurbished and is also used by the tenants. On completion, the office complex has become the property of Warburg HIH Invest Real Estate.

In the southernmost part of the building, approx. 2,300m² of rental space on four full floors with a lease term of five years or more is currently still being marketed. Flexibly divisible office spaces from 400 m² are possible, tailored to your needs. In addition, underground parking spaces, partly pre-equipped for e-charging stations, are offered. The building is built according to current sustainability standards and is certified according to DGNB Gold.

The buildings have been awarded the Platinum certificate from WiredScore. This means that the construction project has achieved the highest rating for "best-in-class" connectivity in buildings. The five key aspects of digital connectivity were assessed: resilience, future-proofing, wireless and WLAN connectivity, choice options, and user experience.
