Modernization of the Skyline Plaza

Skyline Plaza in Frankfurt am Main is undergoing extensive modernization at a cost of more than 35 million euros. The aim of this refurbishment under the motto "ECHOES of your LIFE" is to align the center's offer even better and more diversely with the needs of visitors. The center is also to be adapted to the changing requirements of the retail sector.

Developing traditional shopping centers into "urban marketplaces" is our passion. The aim is to create inspiring and inspiring spaces that have a positive impact on the success of the properties and the tenant partners.

The focus is on expanding the range of products and services in the areas of local supply and daily needs as well as health and beauty. Almost a third of the space will be available for leisure, enjoyment, entertainment and relaxation - in some cases even seven days a week.

The popular "Skyline Garden" with a current size of almost 10,000m² will be further expanded. Together with rental partner David Lloyd, four paddle tennis courts are being installed. A new direct connection in the form of a 30-metre-high glass elevator from the first floor to the Skyline Garden will improve the link between the Center and the Skyline Garden.

The entire interior design will be modernized to create a brighter, airier and more transparent atmosphere. Among other things, the ceilings will be partially opened, a new lighting concept will be implemented and bright and appealing materials and designs will be used to create a pleasant, homely ambience and underline the urban character of the center. In addition, the routing and orientation within the center will be simplified and improved.
