Structural work for new office complex to start in early October | Project scheduled for completion in spring 2022

 

ECE Real Estate Partners has launched a new preferred equity fund and invested EUR 500 million in three German neighborhood centers.

Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate GmbH has acquired the six-storey Campus Hamburg office building in the Barmbek-Nord district from ECE.

ECE, Art-Invest Real Estate and Dukelease celebrate the topping out ceremony for '101 on Cleveland' in London. The developments comprises 88 apartments and 3,500 m² of retail area.

Savills Investment Management (Savills IM), the international real estate investment manager, has taken over a logistics complex in Ansbach.

ECE expands in the residential sector in the UK and acquires 2,100 build-to-rent residential units in Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester.

ECE and partners are carrying out the "Smart Buildings Challenge" to test four innovative solutions for smart buildings with start-ups.

The ECE Prime Shopping Centre Fund II acquires the "Parque Principado" shopping center in Spain. The fund is now fully invested.

ECE is testing online orders with same-day delivery from shopping centers in Hamburg in order to further develop the "digital mall" concept.

ECE has founded ECE Shanghai Co, Ltd. to further expand its architectural and planning services for shopping centers in China.
