After submitting your application, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail.

Now it's our turn: our recruiting team will carefully review your application. We not only look at whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the position, but also whether your personality is a good fit for our team. This step can take a little time, as we want to give every application the attention it deserves. We therefore ask you for a little patience.

If we are impressed by your application, we will invite you to a personal or virtual interview. Here we would like to get to know you better - and of course give you the chance to ask questions about us, the position and our company.

What can you expect during the interview?

  • We will talk about your career to date, your experience and your goals.
  • You will learn more about the tasks of the position and our team.
  • If it suits the position, we may carry out a small practical exercise to better assess your skills.
  • Don't worry: it's important to us that you feel comfortable. See the interview as an opportunity to gain an insight into our corporate culture.

After the interview(s), we discuss our impressions and make a decision. We attach great importance to giving you feedback as quickly as possible - regardless of whether the decision is positive or negative.

If everything fits, you will receive a personal offer from us. We will then discuss the next steps to ensure that your start with us goes smoothly.

To make sure you get off to a good start right from the start, we will accompany you step by step: with our digital e-learning "Welcome to ECE", the interactive Basic Academy and many opportunities for exchange and networking. The protection of your data is very important to us. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to accept applications by email or post. We therefore ask you to upload your documents exclusively via our online application form. Thank you!

To enable us to assign and process your application as quickly as possible, please provide us with as much information as possible:

  • which position you are applying for (job title in the advertisement)
  • complete documents: CV (up to 5 MB), certificates (work and training certificates) and a portfolio (for architecture positions), each up to 10 MB file size
  • the medium in which you found the position
  • for unsolicited applications, precise information about the area in which you are interested.

Yes, but the chances are higher if you apply for an advertised position. It is important for a correct assignment that we can see your motivation for a specific area or job description from your application.
