Our focus is on the rollout of agile methods, the optimization of internal processes and the design of efficient structures. We work closely with the Sections in cross-functional teams to establish innovative ways of working and make ECE fit for the future. IT Business Solutions
We are actively shaping the digital future of the real estate industry. Our IT Business Solutions team develops tailor-made solutions that make our business processes more efficient and agile. Whether in the optimization of letting processes, the digitalization of construction processes or the rollout of new tools - we provide impetus and drive innovation. We work closely with the Sections in interdisciplinary teams to realize smart and future-proof solutions.

Shopping center pioneer ECE implements data warehouse with Microsoft Fabric
Modern data warehouse at ECE: faster, leaner, smarter: after 15 years of on-premises, we have entered a new world of data with Microsoft Fabric. High computing times and maintenance costs are a thing of the past. AI-supported code, strong performance and centralized usage options make our new data warehouse the platform for the future.
Transformation at ECE: from data center to Azure Cloud ?
In one year, we have made the transition - out of the data center and into a modern Azure cloud infrastructure. Scalable, secure, compliant and future-proof. Full speed ahead into the digital future: ECE Group continues to drive digitalization with SAP S/4HANA
The ECE Group is systematically driving forward the digitalization of its 200 or so shopping centers - with the successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA. The switch to the new ERP platform is an important milestone on the way to becoming an intelligent company and also makes the day-to-day work of our technical managers easier thanks to modern tools such as SAP Fiori apps.
