As a Development Manager at ECE, you identify potential where others still see opportunities. You are responsible for developing new real estate projects - from the initial idea to the realization stage.
You will lead interdisciplinary project teams, analyze markets and sites, develop economically viable concepts and design forward-looking real estate solutions together with future users and partners. Whether hotel, residential, logistics or office - you manage complex processes, negotiate with investors, authorities and tenants and ensure the success of our development projects with your flair for trends and figures.

Your profile:

  • A degree - ideally with a business or technical focus
  • Several years of experience in the development of complex real estate projects
  • Sound understanding of the market and location as well as a strong network in the type of industry
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiating skills and hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and high social competence
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
