ECE Work & Live launches first residential development in Spain
ECE Work & Live has marked its’ entry into Spain with a residential build-to-sell development. The project, located in the district of Cornellà de Llobregat in the western part of the metropolitan region of Barcelona, will be realized in partnership with local Spanish developer Layetana Living.
The project will feature approximately 125 modern apartments for sale, complemented by 130 parking spaces and 79 storage units. Designed to meet the needs of a wide range of residents, including families, the scheme offers a mid-market housing product that balances quality and affordability.
The heart of the project will be a green inner courtyard, providing residents with a pool and generous communal spaces that facilitate wellbeing and community life. The development will also integrate 1,200 square meters of ground-floor commercial space, enhancing convenience and vibrancy for residents and the surrounding neighborhood.
Located within a new urban regeneration area, the project benefits from proximity to future public green zones and excellent public transport connectivity. The development is situated near Cornellà Riera station, which is served by both metro and commuter rail lines, offering direct and efficient access to central Barcelona and the metropolitan region.
Construction is scheduled to commence in Summer 2026, with completion expected in summer 2028.
