ECE Work & Live strengthens its management team

ECE Work & Live is expanding its management team: Katja Freese and Jan-Hendrik Walloch will join CEO Henrie W. Kötter's management team as Managing Directors on October 1, 2025.

Katja Freese, who has been Director Office & Residential at ECE Work & Live since 2021, will assume operational and strategic responsibility for the acquisition, development and realization of hotel, residential and logistics properties in Germany as Managing Director Development. She previously held various management positions in the real estate industry, including as branch manager at BEOS AG in Hamburg, where she was responsible for the acquisition, development and asset management of mixed-use commercial locations in northern Germany.

Jan-Hendrik Walloch takes on the role of Managing Director Investment and will be responsible for all investment, transaction and financing activities of ECE Work & Live in Europe. He will remain Managing Partner of ECE Living GmbH with a focus on transactions for national and international institutions. Jan-Hendrik Walloch has been with ECE since 2008 and previously held various management positions in investment and transaction management. Before joining ECE, he worked in portfolio management and structured real estate financing at various banks.
