The aim of the repositioning is to build on the historical significance of the location and offer visitors a varied shopping and leisure experience of international stature. To this end, the previous shopping street on the upper floor will be completely removed and replaced with impressive two-storey facades to offer tenants new presentation and space options. The heart of the completely redesigned arcades is culinary: a community market with sustainable products from the region and around the world, modern international restaurant concepts as well as local tenders will be located on the ground floor and the first floor on 4,400 square meters.
