Omni-Channel-Hub für Thalia
Shaping the future sustainably
We are building a state-of-the-art, tailor-made omni-channel hub for Thalia in the newly developed gate.ruhr business park in Marl. When planning and implementing the commercial property, the focus is on the user right from the start - as well as on sustainability and innovation.
The project in detail
The approximately 56,000 m² property for trade and production is scheduled to go into operation at the beginning of 2026. Up to 1,000 qualified jobs will be created.
The property comprises several high-quality hall areas as well as a prestigious multi-storey office building, a canteen and social areas. The total investment volume is around 100 million euros. The general contractor for the project is the construction and services company Goldbeck.
