Detailed visualizations and emotional product films bring our product ideas to life and demonstrate our comprehensive understanding of the planned products. In joint workshops, the digital and real worlds increasingly merge into a unified vision for all project participants.

Adherence to budget and deadlines is our claim. That's why we efficiently manage all design teams, costs and deadlines in a realistic BIM model and can immediately link comparative variants to cost and schedule effects. By optimizing the construction process and logistics on the digital model, we can shorten construction times and check the use of materials or alternative construction methods in parallel. In the construction process, we rely on fully digital project data rooms for end-to-end project communication, documentation and under management of defects. Deadline monitoring is also completely digital thanks to the comparison of aerial photographs with the planning model.

Visions should not remain ideas, but find their place in reality. We therefore subject them to a reality check and work on optimizing the vision in terms of real estate management, i.e. making the best possible use of plots of land in terms of location, size and alignment. We use state-of-the-art 3D and editing programs for creative and efficient product development and visualization - whether for master planning or furniture designs. To control costs, we link our digital developments to cost databases at an early stage and, where appropriate, use parametric design methods to minimize the effort involved in creating and testing design variants.
