Benefits and promotions
Vacation program
During the summer vacations, some areas of the campus are transformed into oases for the children of our employees. A colorful and supervised program awaits the 6- to 12-year-olds. The event is organized as part of the "Career and Family" project together with our partner pme-Familienservice.
Summer party
One of the highlights is our ECE summer party on our campus. We enjoy a relaxed get-together with cool drinks, burgers, salads and barbecue specialties and round off the day on the dance floor.
Future Day
On the nationwide Future Day for Girls and Boys, we open our doors to the next generation. Numerous children take advantage of the taster day and get to know the various areas and departments at ECE on our campus.
Public viewing with the whole family
During the World Cup and European Football Championships, we share in the excitement at public viewings . Not only employees, but also their families are invited to cheer us on.
Job bike
Healthy employees and a healthy environment are particularly important to us. That's why, in cooperation with JobRad, we turn bicycles and e-bikes into company bikes. We lease the JobRad and give it to our employees to use: for work, in everyday life, on vacation or for sports. The advantage: savings of up to 40 % compared to conventional purchases.
