World-Class-Design Made by Creative Design
Food Garden Main-Taunus-Center
Optimal new use of a former department store space: five free-standing restaurant buildings, attractive outdoor catering and green spaces. Development of the architecture in timber construction with a strong focus on design and sustainability.
Cano Singing
We developed and implemented the Cano shopping center in Singen's pedestrian zone. Our creative design specialists provided the all-round package for this: from functional planning and the façade competition to the interior and brand design, all concepts and drafts came from their pens.
Foodtopia MyZeil
We created a new dimension of gastronomy and entertainment in a shopping center with the complete redesign of the fourth center floor of MyZeil: This revitalization, which we designed, not only attracted new food concepts, some of which were represented in Germany for the first time ever, and the premium cinema ASTOR Film Lounge as tenants, but also transformed the previously little-visited top floor of the center into Frankfurt's new "place to be".
Leisure - ÁRKÁD Budapest FoodLoft
Creating a market hall in the middle of a shopping center - this idea from our creative design experts gave ÁRKÁD Budapest its new food court, the FoodLoft. Arranged in a cluster on the second floor of the center, the FoodLoft, which features various interior designs and an open ceiling, extends over an area that was previously partly vacant and partly occupied by retail outlets. The highlight is the outdoor terrace, which gives the loft its name.
Architecture and planning - Adigeo, Verona
The Adigeo shopping center in Verona, which we developed and opened in 2018, is a masterpiece from an architectural point of view in several ways: the A-shaped arrangement of the center embodies the branding and center logo we developed, coupled with the center name, and the facade and interior design of the center are also unique in Italy: double-storey store facades offer the tenants, some of whom are represented in Italy for the first time, completely new presentation options.
Communication Design / Brand Development - Cano Singen
Another example of the stringent implementation of a logo and branding from A to Z is the Cano shopping center in Singen, which is reflected not only in the advertising presence and in the marketing brochures designed by us, but also in the interior design of the center.
