At our in-house ECE Academy, we offer a wide range of HR development opportunities and training courses. We regularly invite all interested employees to interactive lectures on current topics and projects from the different areas of our company. This is how we promote the transfer of knowledge across departments and encourage them to collaborate with each other.
E-learning sessions on the ECE Learning Hub
Whether it’s online training courses on topics such as digitization, stress management, or MS Office, digital language courses, or sessions on specialized topics, we help our employees independently develop their skills whenever they choose, from wherever they choose, thanks to our Learning Hub.
Our development program specifically for select high-potential employees offers technical experts and managers an exclusive opportunity to develop their skills. The personalized curriculum with in-person training, special projects, coaching, and feedback sessions unlocks these employees’ full potential.
Basic Academy modules
At the Basic Academy, we give our new employees a holistic understanding of the ECE business model and the responsibilities of the different areas of our company. We welcome our new colleagues at the interdepartmental training and networking event.
We offer a development and training program for both new and experienced managers to help them better understand our approach to leadership. The networking sessions consist of in-person modules and online sessions.
At the regular Leaders’ Lounge events, managers can discuss current key topics, develop innovative, practical solutions, and network with one another.
