For over five decades, we have been developing, planning, realising, leasing and managing city centre galleries, City-Points and district centres. In addition, more than 50 specialty shopping centers are developed in a joint venture with METRO AG by MEC METRO-ECE Centermanagement GmbH & Co. KG in a joint venture with METRO AG. As an experienced service provider, we also realize the design and planning for numerous centers in China, making us already one of the top five shopping center designers in China.
