As Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing all planning services for our construction projects - from the initial idea through to implementation. You coordinate external architects and design teams, develop functional concepts together with the project manager and ensure that quality, costs and deadlines are right. Whether shopping centers, offices or residential properties: you bring structure to complex developments and lead planning teams with vision and design enthusiasm.
Your profile
A degree in architecture and several years of experience in planning and project management - ideally in the field of existing or retail real estate or in general planning
Confident handling of AutoCAD and a good technical understanding
Strong communication and leadership skills in an interdisciplinary planning team
Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial action and a clear view - even in complex situations
As a Project Manager, you will manage challenging construction projects at every stage - from planning to turnkey handover. You will lead interdisciplinary teams, coordinate construction services and ensure that costs, deadlines and quality are kept in view at all times. In close coordination with internal and external partners, you will get developments off the ground efficiently and successfully - with technical expertise, strategic thinking and a clear focus on results and collaboration.
Your profile:
Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering
Several years of professional experience under construction project management and sound specialist knowledge
Confident in using MS Project, MS Office and ERP systems
Strong results and customer orientation as well as strong communication and assertiveness skills
Technical and commercial understanding as well as a structured, solution-oriented working style
