Design Manager
As Design Manager (m/f) you will be responsible for preparing and inspecting the HOAI services in work stages 1–9, coordinating all planning activities, and managing the external planners, specialist engineers and chartered surveyors. In coordination with the Project Manager, you will create the functional service description and ensure quality assurance in the awarding process and during the realization phase. In partnership with your team and with the Project Manager, you will jointly represent the cost-, schedule- and quality-oriented realization of our shopping, office, residential, hotel and logistics projects.
As Design Manager, you have a degree in architecture and professional experience in the planning control of complex commercial real estate construction projects. You have a high level of expertise in planning and construction management via the HOAI work stages 1–8, very good knowledge of planning and construction law, and are well-versed in CAD as well as MS Office and MS Project. Service orientation, creativity, strong communication skills, constructive conflict management, motivational team leadership, and a willingness to travel throughout Germany round off your profile.
Project Manager
As a Project Manager (m/f/v), you will lead the general planning of developments in the planning, construction and operational phases in all work stages of the HOAI. With great commitment, you will provide the necessary project management and project control services in accordance with the AHO and successfully implement your construction projects in terms of planning and construction. In this you will be responsible for the quality, costs and deadlines of your shopping, office, residential, hotel or logistics projects.
From the competitive tender for the construction work to the turnkey handover – you will lead a team of experts, always keeping an overview, both commercially and technically. You have the skills to ensure that information and expertise is shared within the project team and with the external project partners in your network.
With a degree in architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering, sound professional experience in construction project management, and distinct HOAI and AHO specialist knowledge, you have the right foundation for this job description. Your very good knowledge of MS Project, MS Office, and ERP systems, focus on excellent results and pleased customers, as well as communication skills and assertiveness will help you lead your developments to success.
