Deka Immobilien assigns ECE to manage shopping center "das Schloss" in Berlin
Deka Immobilien has commissioned ECE Marketplaces with the long-term management and leasing of the "das Schloss" shopping center in Berlin. The operator mandate was awarded in a tender process and will start at the beginning of 2025. In addition, as part of the cooperation, it is planned to develop and realize a project to restructure and further develop the center.
With this new contract, the two companies are extending their long-standing collaboration to another center. Alongside the new contract, Deka Immobilien has also extended the existing management contracts with ECE Marketplaces for three further centers.

The "das Schloss" mall, which opened in 2006 and is located directly on Schloßstraße in BerlinSteglitz, has a rental space of around 40,000 m² and offers around 80 stores and 560 parking spaces. The anchor tenants include Anson's, H&M, MediaMarkt, New Yorker, Thalia, Rewe and dm. The Property's extensive retail offer is complemented by various restaurants as well as medical practices, a fitness studio and a city library
