ECE invests in another project in Italy and realizes its first residential development project in the country with a residential complex in Rome: Together with local partners, ECE Work & Live develops, plans and realizes an exclusive residential complex in a park-like location with a total of about 160 apartments in six buildings on an area of about 45,000 m² in the west of the Italian capital. The investment volume amounts to more than 65 million euros. Construction is scheduled to start in 2024, completion in 2026.
"With this residential project in Rome, we are continuing to expand our investments in the development of international projects as planned," says Henrie W. Kötter, CEO of ECE Work & Live. "Especially in the current environment, we are focusing on high-opportunity projects in dynamic metropolitan areas in Europe, where modern housing remains in demand, and on developing an attractive product with modern design, efficient floor plans and a clear focus on user comfort and sustainability."
The modernly designed apartments will feature spacious balconies and terraces and up to four bedrooms each. Attractive common areas will ensure a particularly high quality of living, including a lounge, a co-working area, a gym, as well as generous green spaces, a swimming pool and a special area for children.
The residential complex is located in a quiet and green surrounding and has excellent infrastructure links offering public transport, schools, university and stores for everyday needs in the immediate vicinity. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes, and the Mediterranean Sea in about 25 minutes.
With this residential project, ECE is implementing another project on the Italian market. Also in Rome, ECE Work & Live is currently realizing the revitalization and conversion of a former office building in the city center into a hotel which will be managed by the Ruby Hotels brand. In Venice, the hotel fund launched by ECE Real Estate Partners is investing in the modernization and repositioning of a hotel. In addition, ECE Marketplaces in Italy operates a total of four shopping centers in Rome, Verona, Chieti, and Pompei.
