Opened in 1977, the City-Passage was extensively modernized and transformed into the Loom Bielefeld shopping center with around 110 stores on 26,000 m² of retail space. The center is ideally integrated into Bielefeld's city center and impresses with an elliptical plaza spanned by an impressive glass dome. A retail highlight: the world's largest ONLY store opened in 2025, spanning over 2,000 m². The opening at LOOM also marks an important milestone: it is the 300th ONLY store on the German market.

The Rosengårdcentret in Denmark has developed into a modern shopping and leisure center through innovative concepts and a forward-looking orientation and was awarded "Best Commercial Space" by the NCSC 2025.
